Queensland Fire and Emergency Services

In November 2018, the Assistant Commissioner of Queensland Fire & Emergency Services visited the JBS Australia Beef City facility to present the site with a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of its ongoing support of the community of Oakey. The award also commended team member Nathan Scott for serving as an Auxiliary Firefighter in his spare time. In addition to working at the JBS Australia Beef City since 2003, Scott has volunteered at Queensland Fire & Emergency Services several times in support of his local community.
