FLS Program

JBS Food Canada first partnered with MHC in 2017 to develop the Foundation Leadership Skills course, specifically tailored to Brooks supervisors, focused on developing leadership skills such as personal growth, team building and organizational management to build stronger leaders. In July 2018, 16 team members graduated from the program, having learned new techniques on how to motivate their teams and be leaders in their departments over the three-day course.
