Bright Futures

Pilgrim’s Tulip is a proud founding business partner of the Bright Futures scheme. Through Bright Futures, victims of Modern Slavery are able to return to work via a four-week-paid work placement in our facilities and, if desired, receive a non-competitive interview for a permanent role. In 2019, Tulip placed eight people across our Ashton, Corsham and Tipton sites — four of which have gone on to secure permanent roles with the company and have become valuable members of our site teams. Our Responsible Sourcing Manager represents Tulip as a founding member on the board of Bright Futures.
