Annual Team Gathering

In 2018, more than 100 leaders and managers across the JBS USA Live Pork team gathered in northern Colorado for their annual meeting to review current business performance and learn more about the pork industry and market. Engaging business updates were provided during the event to help expand the team’s knowledge of both the company’s and JBS USA Pork’s goals and performance. Additionally, the group was able to hear insights and current developments from business and industry experts.

The Live Pork Special Projects teams added another meeting highlight by presenting the upcoming value-adding projects they have developed to address opportunities and efficiencies across the business, culminating 6 months of focused teamwork. The two-day gathering concluded with an afternoon of team building and an awards banquet at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, CO, where team members were recognized for their contributions and demonstrations of the JBS USA Values and Mission.
