Grand Island, NE, Beef Production Facility

Head Start

With the new school year starting up again soon, in August 2018, Grand Island team members wanted to help their community by donating supplies to their local school. With participation from the entire team, the facility was able to donate more than $600 in school supplies, including backpacks, color pencils, glue, notebooks and much more, to Head Start, a program developed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that focuses on providing early education to lower income families. The Grand Island team is grateful to the Head Start staff for allowing them to contribute this school year in helping families and ensuring that the kids of the Grand Island community receive the education they deserve.
