Team Member ESL Programs
- Cold Spring, MN, Chicken Production Facility: Sixteen Pilgrim’s Cold Spring team members graduated from the facility’s 18-week-long English as a Second Language (ESL) program in early 2018.
- Plainwell, MI, Beef Production Facility: In 2018, the Plainwell beef facility began offering free onsite ESL classes. Fall classes started in September, with seven new students enrolled.
